Supervision and optimization of established logistics processes. Ensure the achievement of established daily objectives. Develop and maintain optimal relationships Ensure the continuous improvement of the teams under your responsibility, monitoring of KPIs and quality and productivity objectives agreed with our e-commerce client. Ensure an adequate work environment that promotes team culture, creativity and motivation. Responsible for a team of 10-12 Team Leaders. Leadership of the teams in charge and their development. Size of teams to be managed indirectly of up to 800 people. Responsible for ensuring that all new staff are trained in maintaining order and cleanliness. Higher degree desirable. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office. Medium-high level of English. Minimum20 years of previous experience in similar roles.
