Defining and executing the commercial strategy in Saudi Arabia Managing the P&L of the country and cash-flow as well as reaching operational profitability targets Strengthening the existing partnerships with the top customers leading the implementation of category development strategies and JBP negotiations with key customers Coaching and developing the team to create a world class retail sales team The Successful Applicant The Senior Sales Director needs to have: 15+ years of sales experience within the FMCG sector (food or non-food) An in-depth knowledge of the traditional trade and modern trade channels in Saudi Arabia An excellent understanding of category and P&L management Prior experience developing and leading teams Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic
