Facility Head 

Job Description : HEAD FACILITES CANADA 25+ years experience Role is open to suitably qualified International candidates - Ensure uniformity and smooth operations of facility management at all projects/township. Operational : - Lead the facility management team in the delivery of facility management services across pan India. - Oversee smooth handing over of project to facility management from project team. - Define the technical, commercial terms and conditions; define the operational scope and develop tender documents for Annual Maintenance Contracts. - Develop SLA's and coordinate with procurement team in closing contracts between organization and its vendors. - Lead overall administration and ensuring adherence to all laid down policies, rules and regulations by Vendor staff deployed at all projects. - Issue necessary instructions and receive daily/weekly reports from facility managers on operations at project. - Supervise all fresh/ renewal of licenses, AMCs, Insurance Policies and other Govt. approvals as per schedule. - Conduct feedback from customers and take corrective action if necessary Knowledge and areas of experience : - Profound general technical/ facility management background - Extended safety and security knowledge - Management experience for a larger group of staff - Negotiating experience - Experience in working in an international environment - Planning and finance
