Retail Manager

Job Description : RETAIL MANAGER KITWE ZAMBIA Oversee daily store operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and coordinate stock deliveries. Handle cash transactions, banking, and financial record-keeping accurately. Drive store sales and achieve sales targets through effective merchandising, marketing, and sales strategies. Monitor sales performance and analyze sales reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained and handle customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally. Schedule and manage staff shifts to ensure adequate coverage and productivity. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback and coaching. Monitor competitors and industry trends to stay informed and maintain a competitive edge. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and store security procedures. Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and staff performance. Key Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Solid understanding of retail management best practices. Proficient in MS Office and retail management software. Ability to analyze sales reports and data to drive decision-making. Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service.: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration,Retail Management or related field preferred. Proven experience as a Retail Manager or in a similar role.
