Sales Director

Job Description : Director of Sales Location: Lagos, Nigeria. a leading manufacturing company is looking to hire an experienced sales & marketing professional to join their business unit. Key responsibilities includes: -Responsible for continually re-assessing, developing and implementing Route-To-Market Strategy as well as lead Sales Capability development based on company’s standards. -Deliver against Revenue Growth, Customer Satisfaction and Optimal Cost while driving long term, sustainable competitive advantage for the business. -Drive creativity and innovations also ensuring drive and implementation. -Responsible for RTM Strategy (Distribution Growth Plans, and develop Sales Model for emerging business). Requirements include: First degree in business administration or relevant field, an MBA is an added advantage. At least 10 years relevant experience in the Retail, FMCG, Architecture or Construction Industry. Experience in Sales & Marketing.
