Job Description : DIVISIONAL HEAD COMMERCIAL KITCHEN EQUIPMENT BAHRAIN 20+ years experience Manage and oversee all commercial kitchen equipment division operations. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve divisional targets. Lead a team of sales professionals and provide guidance and coaching to ensure performance goals are met. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and vendors. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients. Prepare and present reports on divisional performance to senior management. Essential Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Proven experience in sales and business development within the commercial kitchen equipment industry. Strong leadership and communication skills. Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Desired Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role. Experience managing a team of sales professionals. Knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment products and industry trends. Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
