Job Description : ALUMINIUM EXTRUSTION HEAD BAHRAIN Lead and oversee all aspects of the aluminum extrusion process Manage a team of extrusion operators and production staff Ensure production targets are met while maintaining product quality Optimize extrusion processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the extrusion process Collaborate with other departments to coordinate production schedules Maintain a safe working environment for all staff Essential Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field Proven experience in aluminum extrusion management Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Excellent problem-solving abilities Desired Experience: Minimum of 12 years of experience in aluminum extrusion management Experience working with a diverse team of production staff Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles Experience implementing continuous improvement initiatives Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role
