Qualifications: Chartered Accountant (CA) Proven experience in sales and finance management Location: Kenya Industry:Plastics Overview: The General Manager (GM) will oversee Finance, Sales, and HR to enhance performance and ensure the company's financial health and client satisfaction. Responsibilities: Finance Management: Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting. Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. Monitor financial performance, profitability, and cash flow. Develop and implement financial policies and internal controls. Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits. Sales Management: Develop and implement sales strategies. Lead and train the sales team. Identify new market opportunities. Maintain strong client relationships. Analyze sales metrics and report findings. Integration and Collaboration: Collaborate with department heads for cohesive operations. Act as a liaison between sales, finance, and the Promoter. Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making. Qualifications: CA or MBA in Finance with 8+ years in Finance. 18+ years in finance with 10+ years in senior leadership with finance responsibilities. Strong financial acumen and strategic thinking. In-depth knowledge of sales processes and financial management. Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
