Job Description : AUTO SHOWROOM MANAGER BAHRAIN Manage and motivate showroom staff to achieve sales targets Ensure excellent customer service is provided to clients visiting the showroom Monitor inventory levels and oversee the ordering of new stock Coordinate with the marketing team to develop showroom promotional campaigns Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely manner Prepare sales reports and analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement Essential Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field Proven experience in a managerial role within the automobile industry Strong leadership and communication skills Excellent problem-solving abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Desired Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in a showroom management role Experience working in a fast-paced sales environment Knowledge of the latest trends and developments in the automobile industry
