Sales Manager

Job Description : AUTO SALES MANAGER BAHRAIN Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve set targets. Manage a team of sales representatives and ensure they meet their individual and team targets. Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with potential clients. Monitor marketing trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market. Prepare sales reports and present them to senior management. Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service and timely resolution of any issues. Essential Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Proven track record of successful sales management in the automobile industry. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong leadership abilities and the ability to motivate a team. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Desired Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in automobile sales. Experience in a managerial role for at least 2 years. Knowledge of the Bahraini automobile market and customer preferences.
