Proven leadership experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of achieving production targets and operational KPIs. Oversee all aspects of plant operations, including production, maintenance, quality control, and safety compliance. Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize plant efficiency and performance. Manage and lead a diverse team of plant staff, providing guidance, support, and performance management. Ensure compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and safety protocols. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and minimize downtime. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align production goals with business objectives. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities. Maintain high standards of product quality and consistency through effective quality control measures. Manage the plant's budget, resources, and capital expenditures to achieve financial targets. Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork within the plant. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements in soya processing. Build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders, suppliers, and regulatory authorities.
