Job Description : Chief Financial Officer -Consumer Retail -MNC Location :Dubai Salary: 1.25 Cr-1.75 Cr (PA) Industry: Consumer Retail Professional Certification: CA/CPA/CMA qualification is essential./ Experience: CV with min 5 years of as CFO / Head of finance in the consumer / retail industry in any Middle East/Any GCC / In any Leadership role. SAP Knowledge is mandatory. Must-Have Qualifications Extensive Experience: 20+ years in finance roles within the consumer goods industry, Financial Expertise: Proficiency in financial modelling, ERP implementation,(SAP ) working capital management, treasury management, strategy development, and risk management. Global Perspective: Experience in managing finance operations across multiple geographies, with a willingness to work internationally.(Handling 15 Countries ) Influence: Play a key role in shaping the financial strategy of a leading consumer goods company. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies that support the company’s long-term goals across various regions. Executive Partnership: Collaborate closely with the CEO and senior leadership team, providing financial insights to drive decision-making. Operational Oversight: Lead financial operations including cash flow management, treasury, tax, and revenue management, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting to the Board. Variance Analysis: Monitor and analyze operational metrics to identify variances from project plans, ensuring timely and effective interventions. Team Leadership: Guide and mentor large finance teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence. Business Ventures: Evaluate and execute business ventures, internal growth strategies, and manage revenue streams effectively. Mergers and Acquisitions: Oversee the due diligence process and play a critical role in the restructuring and acquisition of new businesses. Corporate Governance: Ensure robust financial reporting, compliance, and governance practices across the organization.
