Group Chief Financial Officer

Job Description : GROUP CFO UAE · Accounting, tax, and audit · Treasury · Fund-raising initiatives · Capital and debt raising · Investor Relation Job Responsibilities: · Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts · receivable, and payroll. · Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and · annual financial statements. · Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to safeguard · company assets and ensure compliance with regulations. · Monitor cash flow, budget variances, and financial performance, providing analysis and recommendations to senior management. · Oversee the general ledger, chart of accounts, and accounting systems, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data. · Coordinate the preparation of financial statements, tax returns, and other regulatory filings. · Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with accounting principles and · regulatory requirements. · Provide guidance and support to the accounting team, resolving complex accounting issues as needed. Qualification and Experience: · Chartered Accountant with a minimum of 25 years in senior financial roles within the banking/NBFC financial services sector, with preferable exposure to wealth management, fund management, or related fields. · Proven track record in balance sheet management, strategic financial planning, and business remodelling. · Extensive experience in capital and debt raising, coupled with strong investor and lender relationship management skills.
