Your day-to-day responsibilities will include overseeing all maintenance activities within the extrusion department, ensuring machinery and equipment are kept in optimal condition. You will also be responsible for developing preventative maintenance strategies, managing a team of technic Oversee all maintenance operations within the extrusion department Ensure all machinery and equipment are maintained to the highest standard Develop and implement preventative maintenance strategies Manage a team of technicians, providing guidance and support as necessary Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth operation across the organisation Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements where necessary Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times Manage budgets and resources effectively The ideal candidate for this Maintenance Manager (Extrusion) role will bring a wealth of experience from a similar position within the extrusion industry.
