Sales Head

Job Description : ALES HEAD ZAMBIA FOR PAINT 10+ years experience 1. Responsible to manage and grow market share for sales and collection, for decorative, industrial, automotive, and wood coatings 2. Forecasting sales of Industrial coating product based on clients production plan. Coordination with body shops and key customers in the area. 3. Achieve assigned sales and collection targets. 4. Take lead in identifying and developing new business opportunities in Zambia and surrounding territories. Preferred candidate profile: · Graduates / Masters in Chemistry / Degree in paint technology/ Chemical Engineering · MBA from reputed institute (Preferably) · Experience in sales in paints. · Should have handled team of minimum 5 members. · Good communication skills: written and verbal. · Good at Client relationship management. · Strong computer skills (i.e., Microsoft - Word, Excel, etc.)
