Group Chief Financial Officer 

Job Description : GROUP CFO NIGERIA 25+ years experience The Group CFO is responsible for managing financial sustainability, driving financial performance, meeting financial requirements, and maximizing return on investment. The role will provide strategic financial advice to the Board of Directors and play a pivotal role in formulating and implementing financial strategies to achieve the vision and financial performance strategies and measures for the Company. Essential Skills and Competencies: 1. Ability to demonstrate strong knowledge of strategic financial management 2. Ability to demonstrate key business and financial partnerships 3. Knowledge of all public company financial statutory requirements 4. Excellent written and oral communication skills 5. Superior financial and business presentation skills 6. Proven track record of building and maintaining high-level relationships across the financial services industry 7. Proven track record in developing business plans for funding and other partnerships 8. Digital appreciation and experience in operating various accounting packages 9. Proven track record in developing financial strategies to achieve targeted financial and business company growth 10. Proven track record in digital transformation 11. Adept at decision-making and adaptability Qualifications and experience Chartered Accountant as a minimum, with an MBA (preferable) Experience: ? Minimum 5 years as a GCFO in a major commercial/corporate company – A Public company would be preferable ? Experience as a ‘Group’ GCFO – Group of companies with subsidiaries and investment companies ? Experience in developing and managing innovative funding instruments across a group of companies ? Experience in managing public company financial and statutory requirements
