Commercial General Manager

Job Description : COMMERCIAL GENERAL MANAGER TANZANIA Location : Dar es salaam seeking a General Manager to oversee operations in Dar es Salaam. The successful candidate will be responsible for various key aspects of the business. Responsibilities: • Ensure preparation of monthly accounts by the 10th of the following month, with assistance from the accountant. • Market the company's products in Tanzania, Malawi, and Zambia. • Ensure compliance with Tanzania's tax and statutory obligations. • Manage all staff members. • Develop and implement strategies to expand the company's market share. • Gain a thorough understanding of the company's products and services. • Enhance and strengthen financial controls. • Implement effective cash flow managernent. • Oversee day-to-day revenue and expenditure management. • Prepare and rnonitor the budget. • Provide periodic financial reports. Requirements • Diploma in any course. • Willingness to relocate to Dar es Salaam. • Experience working in a plant or industry, specifically in the rubber sector. • Desired qualifications include a minimum of 18 years of working experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role. • Comoany will facilitate work permits and necessary paperwork for working in Tanzania. • Mechanical knowledge is an added advantage.
