General Manager

Job Description : GM EGYPT Open to expats is a well-known player in the consumer goods industry. Your role : You come armed with 25+ years of holistic experience in the food / beverage industry. With deep understanding of the Egypt market, you would be required to assess the GTM and RTM strategy, identify core areas for expansion, product portfolio rationalization etc. Working in tandem with the board, you would set the strategy for the growth, ensure that it enshrines a meritocratic culture across the company. Develop, scale up and deliver the business objectives. Ideally, your previous experience should have covered managing manufacturing operations as well . You own the P&L and the growth agenda. You would be responsible for arriving at the strategic glidepath for the business for the short/long term. Reinforce the building blocks for a sustainable business, develop the organizational capabilities, lead a multi-function team and deliver on the P&L for the country. Must Have : Graduate with preferably an MBA, 15+years of quality experience in sales/ marketing and P&L Management.
