Job Description : Finance Controller to lead the Finance and Distribution operations with strategic acumen and strong leadership skills for a leading Pharmaceutical company for hPhilippines location. Minimum 10+ years of experience. Qualification: CA Key Responsibilities: Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes. Supervise Warehouse operations to ensure seamless delivery and supplier coordination. Develop financial strategies to optimize profitability and efficiency in distribution/supply chain. Collaborate cross-functionally to align financial objectives with operational strategies. Analyze data and trends to enhance operational effectiveness and cost optimization. Establish KPIs for financial performance, inventory management, and supply chain efficiency. Oversee financial compliance, risk management, and internal controls. Drive process improvements in financial systems and controls. Provide leadership and development opportunities for the finance team.
