Location: Kenya Experience: 12-15 years Position: Head of Technology Sales Job Description: As a Business Development Lead, you'll be at the forefront of our efforts to drive business success. Your key responsibilities will include: - Lead Generation: Plan and execute lead generation practices with the Business Development team. - Industry Expertise: Leverage your knowledge of Banking Solutions, IT Infrastructure, Cyber Security, Business Applications, Digital Transformation, and Payment Systems. - New Business Development: Explore and develop new business channels and market segments. - Revenue Targets: Achieve and exceed revenue targets. - Client Relationships: Build and maintain constructive relationships with clients. - Product Implementation: Coordinate product implementation based on account strategies. - Strategic Recommendations: Provide fact-based recommendations to senior management. - Product Penetration: Expand the reach of emerging products within current and new accounts. - Opportunity Identification: Identify new business development opportunities and manage project evaluations. - Process Implementation: Act as a point of contact during the implementation of new processes and services. Sales Leadership: - Team Building & Motivation: Lead high-performing sales teams to achieve quarterly bookings and annual recurring revenue (ARR) targets. - Sales Process Optimization: Utilize CRM tools and sales enablement platforms to analyze and optimize the sales process. Qualifications & Skills: - Consultative Selling: Proficiency in consultative selling techniques. - Proven Track Record: A history of achieving sales targets and milestones. - Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent. - Relevant Experience: Experience in sales, strategy, and growth within financial institutions or fintech companies is a plus. - Tentative Joining Time: As soon as possible
