25 yearsJob Description : National Head - Business Development (B2B) BOTSWANA The National Head will be responsible for establishing strong connections with decision-makers, driving key account management, and expanding the domestic and international sales footprint. This role requires a deep understanding of B2B sales dynamics, particularly within the food or dairy sector, and a proven track record in contract manufacturing services Responsibilities : Establish Connects with Decision Makers : - Develop and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in target industries and organizations. - Identify opportunities and initiate engagements to promote the contract manufacturing services. Onboarding New Clients : - Lead the process of onboarding new clients, ensuring a seamless transition and excellent client experience. - Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs effectively. Contract Manufacturing Services : - Drive sales of contract manufacturing services in food and dairy products. - Position our offerings competitively in the market and capitalize on industry trends and client demands. Key Account Management : - Manage and grow relationships with key accounts, understanding their unique requirements and ensuring satisfaction. - Develop strategies to expand business within existing accounts and secure long-term partnerships. Domestic and International Sales : - Oversee both domestic and international sales activities, coordinating efforts across regions. - Develop strategies for penetrating new markets and increasing market share globally. - Strategic Leadership : - Provide strategic direction and leadership to the sales team, setting ambitious yet achievable targets. - Foster a culture of high performance, continuous improvement, and collaboration within the sales organization. Requirements : - Should be Graduate or MBA with minimum 25 years of experience in B2B sales within the food or dairy industry, with a strong emphasis on contract manufacturing services. - Should have good connects with decision makers at various levels in the industry. - Strong understanding of market dynamics, competitor analysis, and industry trends in food and dairy products with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
