Accounting and FP & A Head

Job Description : CCOUNTING AND FP & A HEAD VIETNAM ( OPEN TO EXPATS) an industry leader in the industrial infrastructure development in Vietnam, is seeking an experienced Head of Accounting and FP&A based in Ho Chi Minh City. Reporting to the CFO, the Head of Accounting and FP&A will be responsible for all financial accounting, planning and analysis of the business. Oversee all accounting and financial reporting responsibilities to ensure accurate and timely delivery, adhering to internal policies and external standards (e.g. VAS, IFRS) Utilise technology to enhance finance operations, including new accounting systems and automation initiatives Lead the transformation to maximise efficiency of Accounting and FP&A teams Manage and enhance Team capabilities by improving technical knowledge, process discipline, and communication skills Manage all taxation matters (tax compliance, planning, tax audit etc.) Oversee auditing process Maintain effective internal control and risk management policies. Responsible for all reporting and financial planning and analysis matters, supporting management decision-making process. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Auditing, or equivalent 15 years' work experience in accounting and finance for multinational companies, including 4-5 years at management level. Big 4 audit background preferred Strong knowledge of tax regulations and corporate financial law Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliverables effectively High attention to detail with excellent analytical, reasoning, and problem-solving skills Proficiency in using technology to enhance Finance efficiencies Change-oriented mindset with proficiency in English, both written and spoken
