General Manager

Job Description : GM HOSPITALITY THAILAND ( EXPATSONLY) Work for one of Asia's most luxurious and exclusive leisure clubs. With a presence across APAC and an all in leisure club with rooms, facilities and F&B outlets in Thailand, this company is currently seeking a General Manager to join the business. About the General Manager Role: With more than 30 years in the leisure business and a strong network of club members and customers, this General Manager will manage club operations to drive sales and profitability. Manage the Board of Directors and the relationships with members, employees, guests as well as the wider community and hospitality industry Drive and develop operating policies and monitor the budgets and quality of the club's products and services Implement and drive service standards, procedures as well as operational policies Connect with the hospitality ecosystem through conferences and workshops Analyse financial performance and manage cash flows Work with direct reports on maximising the club's revenue and performance The successful candidate has a proven track record of managing an exclusive club or operational experience within hospitality/hotels. Degree in hospitality At least 12 years' experience in an operations role within a hotel (F&B/rooms) Proven track record in managing 6 - 10 direct reports Strong business acumen coupled with stakeholder engagement skills People leader with a vision
