Job Description : VP CORPORATE PLANNING MALAYSIA This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a dynamic team in delivering key strategic initiatives and driving the annual corporate plan. As Vice President of Corporate Planning, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our client's future. You will be responsible for planning, directing, coordinating, and supervising activities of the Group Corporate Planning team. Develop and maintain a yearly list of key strategic initiatives Initiate and coordinate the development of the annual Group Business Plan and Budget Partner with all business divisions to ensure strategic business cases and plans align with overall business goals Provide senior management with concise reporting and insightful analysis Organise roadshows and press briefings on financial results Undertake tasks involving interpreting and analysing data related to the Group that may affect shareholders Provide professional advice on economic analysis for all corporate projects within the Group Drive the Group’s corporate exercises and funding Monitor staff performance, development plan, discipline and performance matters/issues Provide coaching, guidance, mentoring to direct reports To succeed in this role, you are required to possess experience in banking corporate planning. Undergraduate degree / professional qualification in Finance Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience Knowledge of Finance, Communications, Marketing and Securities Law compliance Strong analytical skills and thought process Strong relationship management and presentation skills Strong problem solving, decision quality, planning & priority setting skills In-depth Financial and Business Acumen
