You will be responsible for developing strategic plans to boost sales performance, building strong relationships with customers, and understanding industry trends. Your role will also involve overseeing a large team of Sales Managers, setting goals, tracking progress, and leading your team to exceed quotas. Your ability to communicate effectively, coupled with your passion for sales strategy, will ensure your success in this role. * Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base * Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships * Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations * Understand category-specific landscapes and trends * Report on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts * Oversee and manage a large team of Sales Managers, setting sales goals, track progress, and lead the team to achieve and exceed those quotas The ideal candidate for the Country Sales Director position will bring a wealth of experience in driving sales processes from planning to closure.
