Job Description : Senior Manager in Mould Manufacturing & Mould Assembly profile NIGERIA - Job Role: Senior Manager - Job profile: Mould Manufacturing, Machining & Assembly - Experience: 15-20 years - Qualification: Diploma/ Degree in Tool & Die Engineering - Expertise in studying 2d / 3d mold design. Tool Design review w.r.to conceptual assembly ease during design phase. - Hand-on experience in mould assembly, know how about assembly concerns / fault findings and on spot actions. - Manpower handling, task allocation and planning to meet Project team / customer schedules. - Good Knowledge for Mould trials, IMM processing, Problem findings and analyzing. - Adherence of Shop floor performance by implementing and complying best practices. - Set-up KRA and KPI of the team and evaluate periodically to strengthen the productivity and achieve organizational objective. - Good in communication, documentations and presentations - Command over the team with respect to discipline, planning, scheduling, commitments and results. - Should have good interpersonal skills pertaining to communication, leadership and dynamic approach with stakeholders. - Should have good exposures in Business Excellence. - Proven experience in a manufacturing leadership role. - Good in decision-making, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
