Job Description : CFO IRELAND Open to International candidates Every once in a while a great CFO role comes along that has it all. Joining a company at the start of a very exciting growth path, opening international locations, targeting potential acquisitions, implementing solid foundations across all finance processes to allow for rapid expansion. This is one of those. It is not for the faint hearted. The investors are very involved and as part of the senior leadership team there will be no where to hide, but also a fantastic opportunity to shine. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role will be a key part of the senior leadership team. Sector – SaaS & Real Estate Responsibilities Lead all budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning processes Oversee funding needs for new product areas Full management and leadership of a small finance team Own investor relations and bank relationships Act as Company Secretary Work with colleagues across Europe on pricing & costing strategies Act a part of the SLT driving acquisition activities, deal analysis and negotiation Ideally practice trained qualified accountant with experience opening offices internationally Prior involvement with acquisitions – corporate finance, fundraising, financial modelling Experience in the Tech/SaaS sector would be preferred Strong leadership & communication skills essential Remuneration Up to €180,000 plus very attractive benefits
