Job Description : CEO EAST AFRICA 1. Leadership and Team Management: o Provide strong leadership to the management team and all employees, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. o Develop and mentor employees to ensure a high level of performance and engagement throughout the organization. o Establish clear goals and objectives for each department and monitor progress regularly. 2. Operational Management: o Oversee all aspects of manufacturing operations, including production planning, scheduling, quality control, and inventory management. o Ensure that production targets are met while maintaining high standards of quality, eJiciency, and safety. o Implement process improvements and cost-saving initiatives to optimize production processes and maximize profitability. 3. Strategic Planning and Execution: o Work closely with the executive team to develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and expansion. o Identify new market opportunities, potential partnerships, and areas for diversification. o Monitor industry trends and competitive dynamics to inform strategic decision-making. 4. Financial Management: o Manage the company's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. o Analyze financial data to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities. o Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements. 5. Customer Relationship Management: o Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders. o Address customer concerns and ensure that their needs are met in a timely and satisfactory manner. o Work collaboratively with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for customer acquisition and retention. 6. Compliance and Risk Management: o Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and industry best practices. o Identify and mitigate operational risks to minimize potential disruptions to production and business continuity. o Implement robust health and safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment for all employees Sales & Marketing B.Tech/BE + MBA with 20 to 25 yrs experience in Plastic Manufacturing industries. candidates with technical background ( to broadly understand the manufacturing technology ) Strong in overall management to manage the company as ..CEOs from medium companies would be ideal. Should be dynamic , presentable and very strong on management capabilities.
