About the company: - Well-funded startup, early stage - $XX million in funding - Founders with a proven history of taking companies to IPO and deep expertise in AI - Developing highly efficient tools and platforms to automate processes across various industries using AI - global platform [Chief Technology Officer - Singapore] About the role: Reporting directly to the CEO & Founder in Singapore. This senior role within the R&D department oversees Backend, AI/ML, Infrastructure, and end-to-end platform development. The CTO will drive engineering strategy, lead the initial platform build, and establish a high-performing engineering team. Ideal candidate: - Seasoned engineers with a track record of building & scaling systems and platforms from 0 to 1 - Ex-Tech Founder or founding engineer in big-tech, enterprise or startup - Strong understanding of both software/hardware engineering processes, with a deep interest in AI and General AI - International experience, particularly in USA or China, is advantageous - Advanced degrees such as Masters, PhD, or MBA are a plus
