Responsibility (Maize procurement)( Handling Monthly purchase of 40 CR) Procurement Strategy: Develop, implement, and continually refine the company's procurement strategy in alignment with business objectives. Supplier Management ( Traders / Brokers / Commission Agents / Aadhtiz of Mandi / APMCs) , Oversee the supplier selection and evaluation process, ensuring a reliable supply chain. Data evaluation: Better understanding of market insight, evaluating the data of grain production, supply and demand and future forecasting, and identify the opportunities for improvement. Cost Management: Implement cost-effective procurement practices and negotiate agreements to optimize costs. Quality Control: Ensure that procurement processes meet quality and compliance standards in whole supply chain. Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a high-performing procurement team, providing guidance and support to achieve divisional goals, PO/Contract Management: Manage supplier contracts, including negotiations and performance evaluations. Risk Mitigation: Identify and mitigate procurement-related risks to maintain a stable supply chain. Sustainability: Incorporate sustainable and responsible procurement practices where applicable. Overseeing and managing the IT systems that track shipments, inventory, and the supply of maize (To handle transportation and logistics with ERP-CRM )
