Streamline and optimize processes across departments to enhance efficiency and reduce costs while maintaining quality standards. Ensure all operations comply with relevant regulatory requirements and standards, maintaining a high level of transparency and accountability. Drive the integration of technology solutions to improve operational processes and enhance customer experiences. Collaborate with the CFO to manage budgets, forecast financial performance, and ensure cost-effective operations. Identify and mitigate operational risks to safeguard the company's assets, reputation, and regulatory compliance. Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including partners, investors, and regulatory bodies. Contribute to the development of long-term strategic plans and initiatives that drive sustainable growth and market leadership. Requirements: Proven experience as a senior operations leader - 12+ years in the fintech or financial services industry. Strong understanding of fintech trends, technologies, and best practices. Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams. Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a focus on continuous improvement. Familiarity with UAE regulatory requirements and standards. Advanced degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.
