Qualification : BE/BTech Mining / Similar Experience : 20 + Years Job Description: · Lead mining operations and projects from development to delivery. · Ensure safe and economically viable mining practices. · Develop and implement mine plans and strategies. · Assist in developing plans for progress and growth. · Manage budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness. · Contribute to training and development of the team. · Advise on mid to long-term mine planning and optimization of operations. · Lead feasibility studies and assess site viability. · Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and community standards.
