Job Description : eneral Manager – Service GCC a large, well-established dealer group in the GCC, are seeking an experienced General Manager - Service to lead their automotive service division. This exciting role involves managing multiple service businesses across 6 sites with over 200 employees. Key Responsibilities: · Drive efficiency and profitability across all service operations · Develop and implement business plans, budgets, and marketing strategies · Establish pricing policies and growth strategies · Enhance customer service and retention through improved facilities and technical skills · Recruit, train, and mentor qualified service personnel · Maintain high safety and security standards · Maximise profitability through effective marketing and sales of services and products · Regularly review and report on performance metrics Qualifications: · Bachelor’s or Master’s in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent · 10-12 years in Automotive Service Management · Strong leadership, budgeting, and strategic planning skills · Excellent communication and organisational abilities
