Finance Director

Job Description : Director of Finance Salary: 30k - 36k USD Per Annum Location: Nairobi, Kenya Non-Negotiables: -10+ years of proven experience as a senior finance executive in a fast-growing & dynamic environment. -Must have experience in B2C or E-Commerce or Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) or retail companies. -Must have a strong understanding of financial management, accounting principles, and financial systems, and proficiency in streamlining and simplifying financial processes. -Must have experience managing high-performing finance teams and building financial structures from the ground up. -Fundraising experience is highly preferred. -A Bachelor's in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or any other relevant field. An MBA or any other advanced degree is a plus. -Proven experience as a finance executive in a fast-growing, & dynamic environment. -Strong understanding of financial management, accounting principles, and financial systems and proficiency in streamlining and simplifying financial processes. -Leadership skills to inspire and guide a high-performing finance team. -Passion for making a difference in Africa's tech industry. -An understanding of the business landscape we operate in and guide the leadership team.
