Chief Operating Officer

Job Description : Chief Operating Officer - COO for large group in ME for handling their F&B /QSR /Restaurant Vertical to be based in Qatar. Candidates must have atleast 15-20years in Operations Management , 10 years in Senior Operations Management level in Middle east in Similar industry. The role will be responsible for overseeing the operations of multiple franchise locations, ensuring operational excellence, driving growth, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. This role requires a strategic leader with a proven track record in the hospitality industry, particularly in managing both fine dining and QSR establishments. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field (MBA preferred). Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior operations role within the hospitality industry, with significant experience in both fine dining and QSR environments. Proven track record of successfully managing multi-unit operations and franchise relationships. Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
