Job Description : SALES MANAGER KENYA FOR FMCG 10-15 years experience Manage countrywide sales distribution system & sales team. ? Conducting sales workshop every quarterly. ? Ensure smooth running of day to day sales department operations (order receivedprocessed & on time delivered). ?Maintaining a fabulous customer relationship by ensuring frequent visitation to the customer (Modern trade, General Trade, Distributors & Horeca). ? Visiting new customers and bringing them on board. ? Following up on payment, ensuring we have weekly collection meeting. ? Weekly reporting to the directors. Report contains per region performance, customer growth / drop. ? Result oriented, ensuring monthly target is achieved. Follow up listing of new products & ensure sales team & client are aware of new products. Give promotions / sampling where & when required. Gradute with experience into Field Sales into FMCG
