Job Description : Shift in Charge – CCM GHANA 10+ years experience Key activities include: •Execution of daily production tasks, work scheduling, maintenance & continuous improvement programs, Skills development & training to bottom line subordinate. •Strict compliance to maintenance functions, including preventive, predictive, corrective and emergency maintenance on all equipment and Utility. •Spare parts inventory control & management. •Attend customer complaints, new product trails at customer end. •Strong Problem-Solving Skills with Good knowledge on tools like TPM, 5S, Kaizen. •Preparing & Implementing Preventive Maintenance Schedules for Improving Overall Efficiency, Reliability and Safety of Plant Equipment, Machineries & Utilities with OEM guidelines & to plant environment conditions.
