Job Description : Mechanical Maintenance in Charge – B2B Recycle PET 10+ years experience Job Purpose: The purpose of the Job is to achieve – prolonged life of machines, minimize machine down time, Maintain critical spares and take complete ownership of maintaining the health of plant and machineries within B2B recycling division. Key activities include: •Carry out inspections of the facilities on regular basis to identify and resolve issues on the factory floor. •Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities •Monitor equipment/parts inventory and place orders when necessary •Allocation of the Manpower as budgeted and planned for each section •Manage relationships with contractors and service providers •Identifying the maintenance need and thus reducing the downtime for the equipment’s •Ensuring machines are up and running for production is as per the agreed quality norms •Ensuring Building of the Factory, driveway, Pathways, are safe and maintained in good condition •Ensuring Interdepartmental workflow is smooth and well coordinated
