Job Description : SALES AND BDM WEST AFRICA OUT OF DUBAI Product knowledge: Solvents, Chemicals, Speciality Chemicals Job Responsibilities: • o Constantly develop existing sales processes to generate sustainable growth & Identify customer’s needs, book appointments and explain company’s products & services. Directly communicated with customers via telephone following a field visit o Responsible for selling a variety of Industrial chemicals to different industries such as Paint Manufacturing, Printing and Packaging & Cosmetics,. o Reporting to Management and submitting activity/Result reports such as daily call reports, weekly task reports, monthly territory analysis and customer wise sales report. o Monitoring Competition in the market by gathering crucial information on competitor pricing, substitute alternatives available, delivery schedules and payment alternatives o Servicing current customers, obtaining orders and establishing new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call. o Resolving customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports, and making recommendations to management. o Developing and growing the commercial relationships of assigned leading industrial customers while prospecting for new accounts to increase market penetration. o Managing sales pipeline to drive new business opportunities to commercial success o Accumulating the sales of Industrial chemicals/ solvents and maximize all revenue opportunities through analyzing local market trends and developing new business leads o Performing client acquisition, existing customer retention, and operations o Developing marketing strategy and understanding current and existing client requirements o Coordinating with transporters, shipping agents and optimize the mix for efficiency at work. Job Requirements: • o Resourceful & career oriented professional with experience of more than 8 year in Sales & Marketing function, both B2B and B2C o Comprehensive strengths in Market Analysis, People Management and Sales Strategy Development o Functional knowledge of Developing new and potential accounts, managing Sales and increasing Sales growth o Highly skilled in creating and implementing targeted sales goals o Demonstrated ability to build new territories and expand opportunities within an existing client database o Customer focused communicator with proven ability to understand and convey the complex product information and deliver high impact sales presentations o Qualifications – Chemical Engineers with MBA-Marketing / Master in International Business preferred Required Skills: • o Sales Management o Client relationship Management o Product presentation o Prospects identification o Customer Negotiation o Reports preparation Required Industry Exposure: • o Cosmetic Industry (Light Liquid Paraffin, Ethanol, White Oil) o Flexible Packaging Industry(Solvents & Other Chemicals) o Ink Manufacturing Companies(Solvents & Other Chemicals) o Paint & Coating Industry (Butyl Acetate, Ethyl Acetate, Xylene, Glycol etc & other solvents) Regions Covered: • o Senegal o Ivory Coast o Ghana o Togo o Sierra Leone o Guinea Conaky
