Job Description : CFO SPAIN Role is open to all Spanish speaking candidates worldwide Based out of Alicante with 20-25 years experience Reporting directly to the General Management, the CFO's mission will be to define and implement policies on finance and management control, administration, accounting and corporate development. Additionally, his/her functions will be the following: Direct, execute and supervise accounting processes: preparation of accounting and financial statements: reconcile customer, supplier and bank accounts. Annual and monthly closing of accounts. Preparation of monthly reports. Implementation of internal controls and verification of compliance. Management of investments and fixed assets. Establishment of the rules and administrative processes of the application, with the aim of guaranteeing the correct preparation of the company's financial statements and compliance with the legally established tax obligations. Cost Accounting: Under the supervision and with the collaboration of the General Manager, will coordinate the preparation of the annual Budget and assist in the preparation of forecasts of business figures, margin, etc., supervise their correct execution and propose appropriate corrective measures in the event of deviations, in order to provide the necessary resources to meet the established objectives. Preparation of Treasury Forecasts (Receipts and Payments) Maintaining relationships with Banking Entities, Clients and Suppliers. Monitoring and control of banking conditions. Managing payment of bad debts. Managing treasury, bank reconciliation and negotiations with banks. Management, execution and coordination of the company's management control and its subsequent monitoring and analysis of deviations. Preparation and payment of taxes (corporate tax, VAT, personal income tax for employees, etc.) Coordination and supervision of legal matters (lawyers, contracts, etc.) Labor and Tax. Relations with external auditors. Representation and Negotiation with Public Administrations (Tax Agency, TGSS, Labor Inspection, etc.) General Services Management. Means, resources, materials, purchases, etc. Preparation of Reports, Surveys and Studies for Management and Consulting, support for advisors. Management and coordination of a professional team of 3 administrators. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Economics (MBA is a plus) Minimum of 5 years experience in similar positions
