Job Description : PURCHASE DIRECTOR FRANCE Role is open to all Frensh speaking cadidates worldwide Reporting to the Group Purchasing Director, the France Purchasing Director (M/F) will have to restructure the purchasing teams at headquarters as well as in the regions and on the production sites, in accordance with the objective defined by management. In this role, the France Purchasing Director (M/F) will have to: Define a French purchasing policy that complies with general guidelines in response to economic and qualitative performance needs Lead the French purchasing community by supporting changes in the organization and purchasing processes in France Identify savings avenues, assess profit targets, and monitor action plans Supporting the move to SAP S4/HANA Continue to optimize purchasing processes in line with Group policy Ensure monitoring of purchasing performance indicators Ensure reporting to general management, Group purchasing management, and business managers With a Bac +5 qualification in purchasing or an engineer (or equivalent), you have proven successful experience in the reorganization of purchasing departments by hierarchically managing your teams. You make a difference through your mastery of purchasing techniques. With excellent interpersonal skills and a very strong ability to lead change in a collective and educational manner, you know how to support transformations in the field and with your peers. A very good level of English is necessary to communicate with suppliers
