They're looking for a dynamic Senior Finance Manager to join their team and help drive their financial success. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement robust financial policies and procedures. - Lead the financial planning and analysis process. - Prepare and present detailed financial reports to senior management. - Oversee the budgeting process. - Ensure compliance with financial regulations. - Manage and mentor the accounting and finance team. - Build and maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions. - Provide strategic financial advice to other departments. Qualifications: - CA/ICWA/CFA/CMA (any one is mandatory). - Minimum 15 years of senior-level finance experience across multiple industries. - Experience in Manufacturing, Retail, FMCG Distribution, and Trading preferred. - Experience working in Africa is a strong plus. - Fluency in French is an advantage. - Advanced proficiency in MIS and dashboard reporting.
