Job Description : PHARMA SUPPLY CHAIN HEAD VIETNAM As the Supply Chain Head, you will play a crucial role in managing the overall supply chain operations for the healthcare business unit. Your responsibilities will include everything from supply and demand planning to inventory management. You will work hand-in-hand with the sales and marketing teams, ensuring that stock levels are always maintained to meet business needs. Your expertise in using SAP software will be vital in streamlining our supply chain processes. Oversee the company's overall supply chain management for the healthcare business unit Be responsible for supply and demand planning, ensuring stocks are right to support business needs Ensure no out-of-stock situations occur, maintaining optimal inventory levels Monitor fill rate, OTIF (On Time In Full), DIFOT (Delivery In Full On Time) as key performance indicators Utilise SAP software for efficient supply chain management Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align supply chain strategies with business objectives To be successful in this Supply Chain Head role, you will have to work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure stock levels are maintained to support business needs. Proficiency in SAP is essential for this role. You should also possess the following: Proven experience in managing supply chains, preferably within the healthcare sector Strong knowledge of supply and demand planning principles Experience with inventory management and understanding of key performance indicators such as fill rate, OTIF and DIFOT Proficiency in using SAP software for supply chain management Ability to collaborate effectively with the sales and marketing teams Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make informed decisions quickly
