Job Description : CFO INDONESIA As the Chief Financial Officer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's future direction. You will lead your team in managing budgets, reporting, and several initiatives that encompass both commercial and financial profit targets. Your ability to develop effective strategies will be crucial in driving the company forward. You will also represent the company to various financial-related partners, ensuring strong relationships are maintained. Your role will involve providing critical financial information to key stakeholders, making actionable recommendations that influence business commercial and operational strategy. Formulate the company's future direction and support tactical initiatives Monitor and direct the implementation of strategic business plans Prepare detailed reports on financial performance on a regular basis Develop financial and tax strategies Lead the finance team in developing a financial budget, overseeing financial operations, reviewing financial information, and regularly assessing organisational performance against annual budget and long-term strategy for growth Represent the company to financial-related partners including financial institutions, existing and potential investors, outside executives, auditors, etc. Develop systems to provide critical financial and operational information to the CEO/investors and make actionable recommendations regarding business commercial and operational strategy Deliver weekly/monthly/quarterly analysis and reporting of financial results, including variances to the business plan, to ensure key issues, risks, and business drivers are addressed The ideal candidate for this Chief Financial Officer role will bring a wealth of retail experience along with a strong academic background in Finance or Accounting. A recognised accounting qualification such as ACCA, CPA or CA would be advantageous. With at least 15 years' experience in senior finance positions, you will have a proven track record of leading finance teams during transformation. Your ability to build relationships and negotiate at all levels will be key to your success in this role. Background in retail experience is essential Degree in Finance or Accounting. ACCA, CPA, CA or a recognised accounting qualification is an advantage At least 15 years’ experience in senior finance position is required Audit background is beneficial Fluency in English; both written and verbal is necessary Ability to build relationships and negotiate at all levels
