Job Description : Vice President Sales & Marketing DRC 18+ years experience Reports to Managing Director Department Sales & Marketing Team reporting 4-6 Job location - Initially DELHI/NCR and then Africa We are looking for candidates with strong sales and marketing experience of Ceramic Tiles in West Africa And have good understanding of Tile manufacturing and qualit Purpose of this role is to design & conceptualize the overall marketing, communication and sales strategy, capture market share, deliver targeted business growth across countries. Key Responsibilities ) 1.Initiate market research and collect data to formulate sales & marketing strategy 2. Design marketing strategy & establish overall brand identity by studying market/ dealer/ consumer behavior 3. Prepare, monitor & control marketing plan & budget 4. Create brand elements to facilitate all ATL & BTL initiatives & all other communication (internal/ external) 5. Develop plans and strategies for building business and drive the revenue objective across geography & regions (sales strategy, pricing structure, realization of product, product placement, distributor appointment) 6. Prepare demand forecast and future projection for business and build sales budget (width & depth of distribution) 7. Define GTM strategy to drive the business for drive desired outcomes 8. Ensure product dispatches as per customer schedule & plan 9. Coordinate with Operations, Quality Assurance, logistics for product support issues 10 . Submit sales MIS, monitor credit & collections from customers 11. Collaborate with R&D team for new product development & application 12. Build relationship & manage industry experts, trade associations, distributors etc 13. Lead team of sales and Marketing department
