Senior Quantity Surveyor

Job Description : SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR KSA Leading QS team to manage the re-measurement contract, working with Construction teams to provide required BoQ information, issuing supporting documentation to Client for payments, undertaking discussions with Client to get agreement on payment applications. Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets. Monitor and control project expenditures. Conduct cost analysis and value engineering. Ensure projects are completed within budget. The Successful Applicant 15-20 years experience. Background in utility (water sector would be a preference). Experience with EPC Contract, especially within a JV. Opportunity to work on large scale projects within KSA
