Key Responsibilities: - Sales Leadership: Develop and implement effective sales strategies. Set and achieve sales targets. Assess and review team performance regularly. - Market Analysis and Business Development: Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities. Execute action plans to achieve business objectives. Provide insights on market trends and competitors. - Project Implementation and Order Management: ?? Ensure smooth project implementation and billing processes. ???? Oversee order intakes, especially in Managed Document Solutions (MDS). - Customer Relationship Management (CRM): ???? Manage and nurture customer relationships. Conduct contract extensions and review meetings. Utilize a 360-degree approach to explore new business avenues. - Pricing and Billing: Conduct pricing analysis to stay competitive. Exceed billing targets. Ensure accurate and timely billing processes. - Business Expansion: ????Drive revenue expansion in existing accounts and explore new markets. Conduct opportunity analysis, product demonstrations, and value proposition presentations. - Contract Management: Assist in contract preparation with favorable terms and correct pricing. Prepare detailed reports on billing accomplishments. Reporting Structure: Reporting directly to the Head of Department (HOD) and collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, technical, and corporate sales.
