25 yearsJob Description : CEO MANUFACTURING TANZANIA 25+ years in pure FMCG manufacturing a Manufacturing Company, is looking for a qualified CEO who will be responsible for the management of the operations of a company as well as setting its overall vision. The role involves a high level of CEO duties and responsibilities, with pivotal decision-making affecting the future of a company and its employees. The Chief Executive Officer is the main driver of an organization and is ultimately accountable to the main stakeholders/shareholders or the business. Within this role, the CEO will be expected to oversee all operations including product development, logistics, and marketing. The CEO will also be expected to develop and approve strategies for the company as well as communicate these strategies to an internal and external audience. Responsibilities; Development and implementation of long-term company strategies. Defining key goals and success metrics to ensure business growth and sustainability. Analyze the external environment, competitive landscape and industry changes to adapt strategy. Organization and optimization of dietary supplement production processes in compliance with quality and safety standards. Control over production capacity, timing and cost of production. Development and management of the company's budget. Analyze financial performance, profit margin, inventory turnover and other key performance indicators. Establishing and maintaining high standards of customer service. Team management. Maintain a company culture that promotes innovation and performance. Establishing strategic partnerships with other companies and organizations in the industry. Negotiating and concluding profitable agreements. Guaranteeing compliance with laws, regulations and standards in the production and sale of dietary supplements. Requirements Strategic Thinking and Leadership: The candidate must have a high level of strategic thinking, with the ability to develop and implement long-term strategies for sustainable company growth. Leadership skills, the ability to inspire and motivate a team, are also key aspects. Marketing and Commercial Thinking: The successful candidate will have experience in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies to market dietary supplements. Understanding consumer demand, analyzing the competitive environment and identifying key points for product promotion. Financial Literacy: Knowledge of financial aspects of business, experience in managing budgets and financial performance, such as profit margins, inventory turns, etc. Customer Focus: Experience in creating strategies to meet customer needs and paying attention to customer feedback to continuously improve products. Excellent communication skills. Knowledge of English at a high level
