Position Overview: We are seeking a strategic and experienced Head of Human Resources to join our executive team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, talent management, and compliance. This role requires a visionary leader with a deep understanding of HR best practices and a proven track record in managing HR functions within a multinational environment Key Responsibilities: HR Strategy: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s goals and objectives to support business growth and enhance organizational performance. Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the HR team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Oversee the recruitment process to attract and retain top talent, ensuring a diverse and inclusive workforce. Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting open communication. Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management systems, including setting performance standards, conducting evaluations, and providing feedback. Training and Development: Identify training needs and organize programs to enhance employee skills, leadership development, and career progression. Compensation and Benefits: Manage compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitive and equitable remuneration practices. Compliance: Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records. Organizational Development: Implement organizational development initiatives to improve efficiency, culture, and employee engagement. HR Metrics: Track and analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making and improve HR processes. Health and Safety: Oversee health and safety programs, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment for all employees. Change Management: Lead change management initiatives to support organizational transformation and growth. Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in human resources management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within a multinational environment. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred. Certifications: Professional HR certifications such as CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent are highly desirable. Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. In-depth knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws, particularly within the UAE and GCC region. Strategic thinking and strong problem-solving skills. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite. Attributes: High level of integrity and professionalism. Results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve and exceed organizational goals. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
