Job Description : Pharma Sales Manager Central Africa Experience Required: Min 8 to 10 Years of Experience Qualification: Any Graduate with Relevant Experience Job Profile: • Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns. • Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. • Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics. • To prepare, present and implement marketing business plan (brand plans) per promoted product on an annual basis. • To achieve targets for sales, grow market share and market penetration for all assigned product. • Regular fieldwork with representatives, monitoring marketing plans (brand plans), identifying opportunities, and gaining market intelligence Salary & Benefits: Up to 1500$ pm net savings Expat Benefits: Accommodation, Food/Local Allowance, Utilities, Transportation, Basic Medical Facilities, Visa & Tickets
